By virtue of the publication of Act XXXI of 2017 enacted on 22nd December, 2017 Mandaris Trustees (Malta) Ltd is now also permitted to act as a Company Service Provider as defined in the Company Service Provider Act, subject to the applicable sub-articles and relevant regulations. Chairman of Mandaris Group, Mr. Alexandre von Heeren, welcomed the amendments noting “ Mandaris is committed to providing an exceptional service to its clients. This amendment enables us to separate the provision of directorship services, which shall now be provided entirely by our sister company MCD Malta Services Ltd, from other company service provider activities such as company formation, company secretary, registered office as well as administration now falling under the scope of Mandaris Trustees (Malta) Ltd. We consider this an advantage allowing us to develop clearer lines of business, mitigate risk and to operate in a well-defined environment.”
