Ruslana Drozdenko is a Corporate and Compliance Professional based in our Malta office, where she works closely with the Managing Director to ensure the smooth day-to-day running and regulatory compliance of the operations. Bringing a strong legal background and practical experience in both corporate services and the public sector, she adds a high level of organization and detail to the team.

Before this, Ruslana built her compliance and administrative experience in Ireland and Malta. She previously managed quality control and workflows for an Irish government finance unit. Most recently, she operated within the corporate services sector in Malta, where she actively managed client onboarding, conducted ongoing AML/CFT due diligence, and handled statutory filings with the Malta Business Registry.

Ruslana holds LLB from the University of Galway, Ireland, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Law from Kyiv, Ukraine.
